James Seidel & Associates is a Gold member of National Personnel Associates (NPA).  This  is a worldwide recruiting network established over 50 years ago consisting of over 350 search firms located throughout Canada, the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia. The purpose of NPA is to augment the recruiting efforts of privately owned search and staffing firms by establishing a network of trading partners, providing them additional resources not available to other search firms. This is an exclusive, highly integrated network of hand-picked search firms. In July 2006 James Seidel & Associates became the first western Canadian firm to be accepted in over 10 years, joining over 30 other existing Canadian affiliates.
