Guaranteed work - retained search fee guarantees are assignment dependent and may extend up to one year. Contingency placement fee guarantees are generally four to six months. Guarantees are enforceable with the timely remittance of the fee within 30 days of the start date. If the candidate resigns voluntarily or is unable to perform the role as stated within the first thirty days of employment, the full fee is refunded.
If after the first eight hours on an assignment a contract employee is unable to perform the responsibilities as originally described, the service will be at our expense. In the event that a contractor is hired on a permanent basis, all contract fees paid to the date of permanent hire will be deducted from the permanent fee.
